Shipping Costs:
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $100. Orders below $100 will be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout which is typically between $4.99 - $19.99 depending on the item.
Shipping & Processing Times:
Typically processing times are 1 - 3 business days, this is the time it takes for us to get your order ready for dispatch.
Delivery time is typically between 4 - 7 business days. Total shipping time is typically 5 - 10 business days depending on where you live, and the size of your order.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to shop with confidence. Every order is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Here's what you need to know:
Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders — If your item arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered, or never arrives at all, we'll reship your order at no cost to you. Simply email support@lifetideco.com with your order number and photos where applicable.
Change of Mind — We accept change of mind returns within 30 days. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Refunds — Refunds for defective or incorrect items are processed within 1–2 business days. Change of mind refunds are processed upon safe return and inspection of the goods. Funds are returned to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges — We happily accept exchanges for a different size or variation. Reach out to our team and we'll sort it out.
Cancellations — If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it immediately and issue a full refund. If it's already on its way, you'll need to initiate a change of mind return upon delivery.
