ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch. Total shipping time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your location and order size.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 incur a flat shipping fee of $4.99–$19.99 calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

My order hasn't arrived. What do I do? Reach out to us at support@lifetideco.com with your order number and we'll investigate and reship your order at no cost if it has been lost in transit.

PRODUCTS

Are your lighting fixtures suitable for outdoor use? It depends on the specific product. Every product listing clearly states whether it is rated for indoor use, outdoor use, or both. Look for the IP rating in the product specifications — IP44 and above are suitable for outdoor and wet area use.

What voltage are your products? Will they work in my country? Most of our fixtures support 100–240V, making them compatible with the majority of countries worldwide. Always check the product specifications before purchasing. If you're unsure, contact us at support@lifetideco.com and we'll confirm compatibility for your region.

Do your lights come with bulbs included? This varies by product and is clearly stated in each product listing. Where bulbs are not included, we recommend the bulb type and specifications in the product description.

What does IP rating mean? IP stands for Ingress Protection. It indicates how well a fixture is protected against dust and water. For example, IP44 means the fixture is splash-proof and suitable for covered outdoor areas. IP65 and above means the fixture is fully weatherproof and suitable for exposed outdoor use.

Can I dim your lights? Some of our fixtures are dimmable and some are not. This is clearly noted in each product listing. If a fixture is dimmable, ensure your existing dimmer switch is compatible — we recommend a leading edge or trailing edge LED dimmer.

What is the colour temperature of your lights? Colour temperature is measured in Kelvin (K). Our listings clearly state the colour temperature of each product. As a general guide: 2700K–3000K is warm white (cosy, residential), 4000K is neutral white (kitchens, offices), and 5000K+ is cool daylight (commercial, task lighting).

INSTALLATION

Do your lights require a licensed electrician to install? For hardwired fixtures such as wall sconces, ceiling lights, and pendant lights, we strongly recommend installation by a licensed electrician. This is also a legal requirement in Australia and many other countries. Plug-in and battery-operated fixtures can be self-installed.

Do your products come with installation instructions? Yes. All products include an installation guide. If you misplace yours or need further guidance, contact us and we'll send you a digital copy.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original or slightly used condition. Change of mind returns are accepted, however return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do? We're sorry to hear that. Email us at support@lifetideco.com with your order number and photos of the damage and we'll reship your order within 1–2 business days at no cost to you.

How long does a refund take? Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

Do you accept exchanges? Yes. If you'd like to exchange your fixture for a different size or variant, reach out to support@lifetideco.com and our team will sort it out for you.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay.
